halcyon cruisers bugged

has anyone gotten a bug where unsc light cruisers wont attack enemy ships only their buildings its really annoying and kinda breaks the game for me cus I love playing as unsc and I use the halcyon as the backbone of my fleet and this bug makes them useless they just sit there and get killed if anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome I miss playing and this kills it for me ive tried redownloading both the mod and the game it doesn't fix it
