Mouse Stuttering Bug

Can't click 'Use System Cursor' option in display settings (0.90.2), it's a common fix for SoaSE:R that the games cursor, for whatever reason, turns the game in to an unplayable glitchy mess with extreme slowdown if the mouse is moving, you can see why that would be a problem.
I suspect it's the same for SotP but theres no toggle or clickable buttons, just unclickable text at the bottom saying "use system cursor". I tried to delete the file that specifically contains the SotP cursor texture but the game just crashes without it.
Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.

I had the same problem when I played on the computer. Therefore, I began to select games that I could play from my mobile phone.
