P K Sinha, ex-cabinet secretary will take over as chairman of ICICI Bank from G C Chaturvedi. The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Sinha on 24th May for three-year terms. This will be effective from 1st July 2024. Pradeep Kumar Sinha is an IAS of the 1977 batch. He has a Master in Economics from Delhi School of Economics,1976 batch. He graduated in economics from St Stephens College, Delhi.
